Hudson Crossing Triathlon benefits Hudson Crossing Park, a 501(c)(3) whose objective is threefold:

• To foster environmental stewardship
• To emphasize the area's natural, cultural, and economic history
• To establish a public park that is an educational and recreational destination

The Park serves to highlight the unique history, geology, and economic and cultural significance of the upper Hudson River and Champlain Canal, and provides new opportunities for recreation and relaxation through a series of trails, play space and boat access. Clear interpretive signs, multi-generational elements, and handicap accessibility are considered high priorities in the Park development.

The Park Board of Directors is comprised almost entirely of volunteers and meets the last Wednesday of every month (except December) from 3:30 - 5 p.m. at the Saratoga Town Hall in Schuylerville. The public is welcome.
